Cancellation policy
All our products are customised, as they are produced at the customer's request and are neither prefabricated nor available from stock.
In general, customised products are goods that are produced at the customer's request. At Sophisticated Boys Club, you will always receive products that are produced on demand or after the end of a campaign. Production therefore only takes place after receipt of order and payment.
No right of cancellation for customised goods
According to the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of cancellation for ‘goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature [...]’ (§ 312d para. 4 no. 1).
Sophisticated Boys Club products are not only customised, but are also unsuitable for returns as they cannot be returned to their original condition without loss of substance. This is particularly true of textiles.
Although they are not personalised, returned goods do not offer us any (added) value due to the desired size and colour in combination with a unique design, especially as we cannot resell them. In addition, we do not have a special storage area for returns, in favour of maximum efficiency and low costs.
For this reason, it is not possible to exchange or return a product, as it was manufactured especially for you as the buyer. However, we will endeavour to find a satisfactory solution for you.
Complaints for defective items
If you have received your product with a defect, please send us a picture clearly showing the fault.
What we consider a defect:
- Printing error
- Faded print
- Holes on the product
